We do more than provide pet care - we care about your pet just as we care about our own. Not only are we animal lovers, but we also have the experience to provide the highest quality of services.
We care deeply that all furry guests are given a clean environment, love, hours of interaction, a huge quiet space to roam and explore. Top quality food and fresh veggies are all supplied although we would advise they maintain their current main food mix.
we give each pet a 'home from home' experience. Since 2010 we have had our own chinchilla, hamsters, guinea pigs and dogs and always struggled to find a suitable person or environment that would take care of our pets as we do so our pets would often come with us if we went away in the UK. We think we had the most well-travelled chinchilla!! We cater to guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, chinchillas and more so contact us to arrange a booking.
Our facilities
We have a dedicated room for rodents where they can come out of their cage for affection and play. Our facilities in Hatfield are equipped with air conditioning for those hot days and grass to allow garden time. All guests will receive bedding, toys, treats, dust-baths and veggies and we will provide you with regular pictures and as much contact as you like while your pet is in our care.
